Hi:

You want to press * plus 0 to close the Notes folder, followed by * to go back. 
 If you press Pound after * plus 0, then you're just going back where you were. 
  you'll be going back to the Notes folder.

there is only the notes folder. the only other item is the text file
in the root of the cf card that i had been reading before. And it di
dnot go back to that after I did the *+0 command and when ppushing
the pound key, it just told me that there were no files in the notes folder.
