Doris,
You only need to press two keys to open or close a folder, and only one
to move forward or backward. If the Notes folder is the only folder, maybe
that confused you. If that folder is empty, and you are not sure where you
are, press the star and zero keys to get out of it then star or pound to
move forward or back.
You might want to create another folder to put files into.
