If I didn't already, thank you for the info on the TDK speakers. Thanks for
the info from David also.

Check out the TDK ImASpeaker that I mentioned earlier. I think I
inadvertently said that they use a triple A battery, but it's a double A.
Search for them at either Amazon or at:

http://www.pricegrabber.com

You can even carry the BP inside the speaker if you want. The price is right
and the size and sound are excellent.

O.K. Folks, I have a different question. I tried to send this as an
independent e-mail, but it came back to me, so I must not have remembered
something about the Bookport listserv address.

I would like to get some external speakers to listen to my Bookport.
Portability is good, but it's not the make-or-break issue. More important is
that the speakers run on AA batteries rather than AAA. I simply don't prefer
listening to things with earphones all the time. And they don't necessarily
have to be stereo speakers. It could just be one mono speaker, but now I'm
sure I'm showing my age. (I just loved those old, heavy, battle ax talking
book machines! Except they were a killer to transport anywhere.)

Thanks for your recommendations!!
