These are most interesting questions. My assumption would have
been that shrinking the size of the folders would have helped but
apparently not. You always have the option of reorganizing
folders using Windows Explorer or My Computer, but be sure you
move all elements of a book if going from one folder to another.
I suggest sorting by name to make that job easier.
