The 30 seconds you read about in the manual doesn't apply for newer
units. We have removed this claim from the manual.

Hi, when I change batteries all of my settings are lost.
I think the documentation says that settings should be retained for 30
seconds or so.
It probably takes about 10 to 15 seconds to change the batteries.
Does anyone else have this problem?
