It sounds as if you might be stuck with the beta that didn't work. Below is
a copy of Rob's email telling what to do.
Hope this works: I would hate to take a week long trip without Book Port.

Ok! There is a new beta of Book Port Transfer available. This one should run.
For anyone who is stuck with the one that doesn't run, take the following steps:
1. Download www.aph.org/beta/bp_beta.exe
2. Install the downloaded file.
This should fix the problem, and get you the latest beta.
