[bookport] Re: Renewing request for change in behavior of Settings

I would like to see some of the settings such as pitch and the sleep timer move 
continuously through their settings so if you reach 60 for the sleep timer for 
example, the next press would take you to 0 instead of having to go all the way 
back the other way.
