[bookport] Reading Newsline files

Hello,
In an attempt to quickly locate the appropriate segment of the
Bookport user's guide, I am having difficulty locating the
sections which describe how to move between the various sections
of Newsline files.
I had no problem transferring them from my computer, and I can
read them without problem. But I need to know how to move
between the various articles and sections.
