Well, both the cost and memory considerations to add a contracted
braille translator would be prohibitive, so I can't see how anything but
computer braille will ever be able to be used. =20

Subject: [bookport] Re: Question for beta testers about note taking

I am sure that I am not alone, in that, I didn't learn brail until late
in=20
life. I have never become even marginally proficient in grade 2 brail.=20
Computer brail is so close to grade 1 brail that I have had no problem
in=20
learning it. For this reason, I hope that the option to use computer
brail=20
is always available.
Just my 2 cents, but, I am finding the note taker so useful that I would

hate to give it up now.

Make it a grate day.
