I think you will need to run this through something to convert it to a text
file and then send it to BP. The Adobe Reader does have the Save as Text option.

Subject: [bookport] Query: transferring Olympus DS50 manual to Book Port

  Hi folks,

Having just purchased the Olympus DS50 digital recorder, I'm wondering if
it's possible to read the manual on the Book Port?

I've only very briefly looked at the software, but the manual seems to be a
pdf document in the help folder. I clicked on the manual but got an error
message. I must check to make sure I've Acrobat Reader installed, but I should
have, so far as I know.

Assuming the help file is OK, will BP transfer copy the file to the Book
Port, so it can be read?

  Regards with thanks.

  Eamonn
