When I get the error I am using Win 2K here at work and while I
can put things on and take them off, I am not the administrator.

Gary:

Are you using XP with admin rights? This is the only way the
software
can function to test the integrety of the card.

Each time I am ready to install a new version of the firmware, I
am warned the system cannot verify the integrity of my card. I do
a chkdsk and no problems are reported, but why is the update
process unable to verify whether or not my card has errors? Is
this related to the administrator issue we discussed earlier?
