Hi Roger, First of all, bookport will not accept any files that are not set to level 4 format. Secondly, I find it easier to download files to the computer and then send them to the bookport. After downloading to the PC, you do this by going into "program files" to the audible folder. Then go into "programs" and to "downloads." Now just go to "send to" bookport and you're in business. Hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Roger Purdy Sent: Saturday, June 17, 2006 3:31 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Problem activating with Audible I'm having difficulty activating the Book Port with Audible. Audible won't recognize it even being there when I choose the activate button but I have the Transfer Software installed and the BP connected. I tried just copying an Audible file which was a format 3 file but that didn't work either. Any ideas. Thanks for the help.
