Something that's been done on that computer is now causing the Windows 
dialog to pop up that will normally come up whenever a USB drive is 
detected. You can probably get rid of it by making sure that the option to 
do nothing is selected and that the check box telling Windows to always 
perform this action in the future is checked, then click on OK.

My husband's book port isn't acting right when connected to his computer. 
When he used to connect it, the book port transfer would automatically come 
up, which is what is supposed to happen.  Now, however, what comes up is 
"removable disc f" and it asks if you want to open folders and gives other 
choices.  You used to be able to arrow down to the audible books and would 
get the preview, and then you could enter and the book would be sent to the 
book port.  How can this be corrected?
