[bookport] Re: Problem

Hello:

That happens to me here a lot.  Just altf4 to close that window out 
At that p9oint, you should have your normal Transfer Window.  Then, if
it says "Book Port Not Connected," then try reformatting the flash card
with the 4 corner keys.  You can also try another card and it should
work.

My husband's book port isn't acting right when connected to his
computer.  When he used to connect it, the book port transfer would
automatically come up, which is what is supposed to happen.  Now,
however, what comes up is "removable disc f" and it asks if you want to
open folders and gives other choices.  You used to be able to arrow down
to the audible books and would get the preview, and then you could enter
and the book would be sent to the book port.  How can this be corrected?
