The PTP1 can read DOC & TXT files, but if you mean the Bookport can
read more than that, then I get ya. :)

the big difference is the book port plus can read various files
such as text etc.

Anyone want to weigh in their thoughts as to bang for the
buck & who (as in what type of person) should get what? I know you're probably
going to say "it depends on their needs", but I'm curious. I already have a
PlexTalk Pocket, but the notetaking capabilities on the BookPort are making me
wonder, and especially the WiFi. I've started wondering if the PlexTalk Pocket
doesn't have WiFi on it. I'm a pretty fast texter on phone keypads, so I could
get along with quick notes on the BookPort Plus pretty well. Input?
