Larry,
I thought I would dislike the current configuration being that it
was my first device with this type of connection, but I find that
I actually like it better than the springs. As far as remembering
which way the batteries go in that's easy, i am left handed so
the nipple goes to the left on the battery closest to me. No problem.
Add one vote for the current config.
