[bookport] Only one change

I really like the book port, and if I would make one change to it at all, I
would have a feature where you wouldn't have to have page numbers read if you
didn't want to, but be able to go to page numbers if yo want to. Sometimes
when I'm reading, and the page number is read, it breaks the flow. I'm not
saying that is a big issue, but, if it were possible, it would be nice.
