Hallo Pamela,
I tried to down load the new firm wear but no luck.
To down load the exe file will take me two hours so have to try later for
that one.
The batteries is seventy percent full so it is strange.
I set it for automatic down loads but not working.
I will try over the weekend.
It connecting to say their is a update but immediately after that it
disconnect.It is going to the file their I put all my files I want to send
to the Book Port
I got no firewall on my computer and it work but a small problem and I hope
to get it fix.

The latest software version is 2.1 and the latest firmware version is
2.0. If your auto check still doesn't report the new one, then you might
try doing it yourself from the Options button and see. Also, remember to
turn off your virus protection and your fire wall, because that can get
in the way.
