[bookport] Re: No new updates for me.

Hi, I tried to update and have automatic checking for updates checked. I
tried in the advanced option hitting space or enter on web update firmware.
I get a "general failure--operation incomplete" What does this mean and what
do I do about it? I didn't have Norton opened.
