And the last person to ask it, based on the message included in Sandy's
post, doesn't even have the excuse of being a new member of this list. He's
someone who only reads the answers to the questions he asks if past history
is any indicator, so he doubtless hasn't bothered reading any previous
discussion that he didn't initiate.

Even if this info was added to the New Member welcome email, it wont be
