[bookport] Re: New Firmware Release

Hi,
I just tried to install the new transfer software using the auto update
feature. It downloaded it fine and then at start of install program when
push the install button I get following error message:
I am using Windows XP Professional with service pack 2 installed:
Error
This program requires Windows version 4.9.3000 or later.
OK
Any idea how to fix.
