Hi Lou and list:

Thanks very much. Zero for one beep was all I needed. Will soon know if it works.

Dave

Dave,

There have been a couple of messages on the list detailing what the commands
are so if you still have them you should be good to go. I don't have that
beta yet but apparently you get into the alarm by holding 0 down for a
second beep then use the 2 and 8 keys to move through the options and 5 to
choose one or something like that. As Grant said, just play with it and I
suspect you'll figure it out. It's not documented yet because I guess it's
not really supposed to be there yet. Lou

Subject: [bookport] New Beta Bookport firmware?

Hello:

Just updated my book port transfer and book wizard reader. Currently
running
Book port firmware 2.01.00.22. I see nothing in the settings keypad nor in
the manual that explains how to set alarms. Naturally, I want to try it
out
if it is there. What have I missed?

Cheers,
Dave
