Traditionally, deaf-blind persons have been served by way of braille.
Nothing is going to alter that. The NLS Web-Braille initiative has been in
place for almost eight years now, allowing the download of braille titles
digitally. Since most digital discussion now is based on an audio format;
which the deaf-blind cannot use; there is really no other answer to your
question.

Yes, I understand, but my question was about how deaf blind people will be
able to benefit from the new digital age. Do you know?
In one occasion I asked this emailed this question to NLS, but nobody
answered.
