Thanks, what I am doing is taking the card with the files recorded on it out of the p t r and putting it in the book port. I even tried lowering the bit rate to see if that worked and, know it didn't. I have even been told in certain countries it is illegal to have unfiltered files. Thanks in advance some one, Phil Parr. ----- Original Message ----- From: Lou Kolb To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, January 23, 2006 8:18 PM Subject: [bookport] Re: My conundrum. Don't know why it would do that if they're .mp3's. Are you sending them via BP transfer? Although they should work either way. When I try to play the m p 3 files I have recorded on my p t r book port says this. unfiltered files not supported It is of course not my intention to have unfiltered files so, how do I filter them and get my little bookport to play them?
