I had the manual that described the move command as well, but it didn't work until I installed the beta firmware. That's probably what you have to do.

Shell,

Do you have the latest beta of the firmware? The move command was added in
one of the betas. Since it's in your manual, I imagine you have it and it
does work as you describe. I can't say why yours is not working unless
you're not using beta firmware. Lou

I am trying to use the move file commands. I have about 10 files in the
list, next is the notes folder and then a folder I created called books.
I
get so I'm sitting on one of the books and press star plus hash either
side
of the zero button together and I believe, from the manual, book port is
supposed to say the word move. However, I just get silence. I'm trying
to
move it into my books folder. Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing
wrong? I've read the relevant bit in the manual and thought I just
pressed
these two buttons, went to the folder I want to paste in, open it and then
press star, zero and hash together to paste it.
if anyone would be willing to help me off list with my teething problems
so
that I don't anoy those who are profficient, with the machine, I'd be
really
grateful.
Cheers,
Shell.
