Then, shouldn't the manual read "limited support for Microsoft Word"?

Reed:

The manual means that you can send Word files if you have Word. No sections,
pages, ect are supported.

From the manual...

Book Port contains several features that are aimed squarely at the special
needs of blind students and professionals including the following:

List of 24 items

...

. Direct support for Microsoft Word files.

...

What does this mean?

I've transferred an Ms Word 2003 doc to the BookPort and it doesn't seem to
read it as it appears in the doc on the pc.

It doesn't move to the previous/next page with the 7/9 keys while reading.
Well, at least it doesn't land at the top of the previous/next page as
defined by the Word doc.

So, what does the manual mean?
