[bookport] MP3 files not starting at the beginning

Hi folks,
I have a number of MP3 files which make up a music program which I will be
performing in soon. I notice that when I play these files with auto file
advance on the Book Port moves to the next file in order but sometimes it
doesn't start at the beginning of the file. I have to move back to the
start of the file manually. I also noticed this while reading a book I
copied from a CD. Does anyone have any ideas what is happening? One thing
which may or may not make a difference is that I didn't use the transfer
tool for these files. Thanks.
