[bookport] MP3 Question.

Hi list,
In preparation for playing with my bookport next week (6 days and
counting) I am gathering together a few audio books that I am
going to attempt to use on the device. The problem is that I have
to convert them from ogg vorbis format to mp3. No big issue doing
that but I have a choice to make and was looking for a bit of
guidance. I need to know what the minimum bit and sample rates
are that are supported by the unit. I would prefer to resample
my audiobooks at 32 bits, 22050 Hz, mono as it keeps the file
size down, but can resample to whatever the minimum the unit can
handle. Does anyone know what that may be?
