Rob, I always set my Bookport to: "No punctuation." I'll let someone else
test this for you.

Did you by chance happen to use the Most Punctuation setting before upgrading to the beta? We believe this makes a difference. In fact, if anyone who is having pointer lagging problems would be willing to read for a day or so in Most Punctuation mode and report their findings, that would be great. I tried it briefly, and I couldn't get the pointer to fall behind.
