[bookport] Kurzweil 1000 Version 9

I notice there is a neat function to transfer to BP from the
K1000. When I look at options, I notice that transfers can be
made as either TXT or KES for Kurzweil format. Is this format
really supported or are they just making conversion to one of the
other known formats.
In general with regard to transfers, which format of all the
supported types should we use (Word, RTF, text, etc.)?
