John: There are several ways to do what you want to do: 1. If you are in the article you want to send to the Book Port, you can use the Applications Key or Shift f10 and choose Send To Book Port. This will work fine for the most part, but occasionally, headings or lines tend to be repeated, so what I prefer to do is to: 2. From within the article, do Control a, followed by Control c to copy the article information to the clipboard. Then open Word or Wordpad and do Control v to paste the information in. From that point, you can do a save and name the file an appropriate title and send it to the Book Port as you would any other text file or Word document.
