I wouldn't send it back as it's only $10.  It will be more hassle and cost 
to return it than it cost to buy it in the first place.

A quick Google search turned up a review on a reputable web site
(iLounge.com) - for all things iPod.

GraveYardMall is perhaps not the smartest choice of store name its owners
could have come up with: but the "graveyard" part of the name seems to refer
to the end of a sales cycle, or liquidating stock. In the case of the Musak
bag, reviews I've seen suggest it's a middle-of-the-road kind of bag, though
now that I've read about the iPod case being secured with a stip of velcro,
I'll probably be returning the one I ordered and looking for something more
secure for my DS-50 or Bookport.
