Do you realize you've already posted this message once?  Please stop. 
I'm sure our programmers know what they're doing, so let's leave that to
them.  My only real concern is all of the questions that people will
have, once the program runs--especially since we've not yet begun
testing on this product, and therefore, I fear that we will not meet our
projected target date (but that is just my humble opinion).  Now, as for
the legalities of it all, this is not the place for that, nor is it your
concern!

If there really is going to be a main menu show about this new and
glorious 
book port in a month, then someone with inside knowledge might be
violating 
their nondisclosure agreement with APH. Sounds like it could be
actionable. 
Any attorneys care to comment?
