Not sure why you can't find them there at Radio Shack, but just do a Google search for them. Lots of places carry them on the net. There are only 2 models that I know of. The 12 cd model that is mono and the 24 cd model which is stereo and larger than the mono version.

I've searched the Radio Shack catalogue and talked to people in a few branches about this speaker. Nobody has ever heard of such a thing. Any advice?
