Everything was fine when it left here, so we just need to figure out
things on that end.  Try reformatting the flash card.  If that doesn't
help, we can talk about your computer.

Hi.

I just got my Bookport back from repair. It needed a new USB jack.

I just connected it to the computer, and can't get the computer to
recognize 
the BP. I've used two cables. The batteries are at 84%. I've forgotten
the 
tricks I'd learned. Please help. I miss my BP, and haven't had it for
over a 
month. I'm in serious withdrawal.
