[bookport] How to return failed BookPort

Pamela--During the school year we had an almost new bookport fail
(firmware/hardware problem) and you said to return it for repair. What
is the address and what paperwork should we include?

Yes, it is definitely there. Larry, the only issue with installing=20
the beta was that when connected the focus stayed on the transfer=20
software, and I had to alt-tab to get to the Yes, no, detail=20
option. Could just have been a windows thing. <smile>
