[bookport] Re: Help, my flash card might be defective

Try formatting with the Book Port, not with Windows. If you formatted
with the Book Port by pressing 1+3+D+F twice and you got this error, let
us know.

Hi there,
Whenever I scan my flash card for errors it reports that "the check
could
not be completed". And formatting reports that "an unspecified error
occurred". This is the one that came with the Bookport. Is it
possible to
get a replacement? I just got my bookport last week.
