[bookport] Help

I guess I need your help with bookshare books because I unpacked the books and
then went to transfer them to the book port and couldn't do it. It gave me an
error message saying it couldn't find the files or something like that. I
tried it with the daisy formatted books as well as the brf ones. If someone
can email me at lindamay.davis@xxxxxxxxxxx, I would appreciate it.
By the way, I did update the firmware and software.
