Will there be an upgrade coming out for the Bookport? I listened to my
children's IPODS and they have a wonderful sound for such small devices. I am
wondering if you are considering to allow for improved sound as well as to
allow the Bookport user to speed up or sloe audio speech.

I thought I read something about an update next year but was not sure if I
heard right and what that would entail.

Thank you for doing such a great job.
Hope

.You said in this message that when transferring text files, MS Word is used.
.This frankly came as a surprise to me and I wonder if this means that MS
.Word _must_ be available in such cases. I thought Word was only required
.when transferring Word documents or RTF files. Just curious about this, now
.that it's come up.

.Hello:
.
.Text files are one of the fastest things to transfer. So, if you're
.having a problem with slowness through the Transfer program, try
.deleting your Temporary Internet files and anything else you're not
.using, because there are some temporary files that get created when
.transferring, even though you never see them. Also, even though you are
.sending text files, Microsoft Word is utilized, so you might want to
.look into Word and make sure everything works there, too.
