Your guess is as good as mine--you have all the information I have. They
don't say whether or not they leave a cutout on the back so that the belt
clip is accessible.

Port and allows easy access to all 18 buttons on the front. When not in use,
the case has a flap to cover the buttons so that the user doesn't
