Yes, Web Braille probably has the best selection that doesn't cost anything.

They have made it a little more annoying to use because of their security
precautions.  But, we can live with that.  You sign up for Web Braille
through your regional library.
Book Share says they have lots of public domain books.  I'm not sure how to
find a list of them, however.
Finally, a personal note.  Is this the Steve Cook from South Carolina?  If
so, Go Red Cross.
