Hi all, I recently joined and am considering buying a BookPort.

Could anyone please help with the following:

1.  What size CF card does the unit come with?
2.  What maximum size CF card will BookPort support?
3.  What is the data transfer speed for Daisy 2 books from PC to BookPort?
