Here's what I did to get my books folder in alphabetical order.
I transferred about eighty books to my BP, over the course of several =
months. Then, when my CF card started acting squirrelly, I copied the =
folder to my computer, reformatted the card using the BookPort, then I =
copied the folder back on to the BookPort. To save batteries, I used a =
card reader to transfer the folder to and from my computer, but =
*remember*, all the books had originally been sent to the BookPort using =
the transfer tool, thus undergoing the filtering necessary to play text =
and Braille files on the BookPort. Now all my books are in alphabetical =
order, and I have no idea which ones I transferred most recently.

Hi Rob and list,

Alphabetical file sorting would be great. If you are dealing with many
files and want to find something quickly it would be a time saver.

By the way, it has been my experience when sending files that if you =
select
the entire contents of a folder or select the folder by name then the =
files
are indeed transferred in alphabetical order. Otherwise it's =
unpredictable.

thanks,

Rich
