[bookport] Re: Failed BookPort: Problem description

Nick, when your Bookport is connected to the computer, it is not supposed 
to say anything.  Go into Windows Explorer and see if you have files on 
your memory card.  Connect the BP to the computer, then do a reboot.  The 
BP Transfer will probably recognize it.  Then do a Check Disk if it 
does.  I believe there is an option within Bookport Transfer in the options 
menu for that.
