Deb,

This can happen if you have lots of files in the root or \ folder of the
Bookport. The root folder is meant only for the manual, and a few major
folders. Once you get into those folders further down the chain, you can
put many files in each one, but the root \ folder is very finicky about how
many files it will hold. If you don't have lots of files in the root
folder, then the cause is something else of which I am unaware.

Subject: [bookport] Error Message

Hi:

My name is Debbie, and I just joined the list. Love my BookPort... have had
it sense January. Sense last night, I have been getting the following error
when navigating to a particular folder and trying to open or delete it:

"Error accessing index file, out of DROBJ structures."

I have done a reset and removed one of the batteries as suggested in the
manual. If anyone has any idea of what could be wrong I'd appreciate hearing
from you. Thanks, Deb.
