Once you have familiarized yourself with it, things will be much easier for you. You download your word files using the BP Transfer. You shouldn't have any problems, unless you don't have an up-to-date copy of MS Word. If the Transfer program says, "Unfiltered file type unsupported." simply convert those files to text, and you should be good to go.
