[bookport] Downloading MP3's

Hi BookPort users;
I am new to this list and to bookPort.
I recieve woodworking magazines monthly and I put a few months worth in the
queue.
I expected the bookPort software to stop when the bookport memory was

But that is not what happened. It dept downloading into the bookport and
sending an error message. Is this a bug in the pookPort software? Or is my
software setup wrong?
If I add a folder in the bookport memory will that give an advantage for
adding more mp3 files?
