I believe the computer has the most recent updates. Is there a way to get past this USB device not recognized message? I so prefer reading with Double Talk instead of the replacement synthesizers of the other text readers. thanks much, Ann At 10:50 AM 12/17/2012, you wrote: >Hello Jacques: > >You can download the file: > >www.aph.org/tech/bpx_setup.exe > >Be sure the batteries are fresh, because if they die during the >installation, you will have additional problems. > >Please let me know if you need additional assistance. > >Sincerely, >Pamela Rader >APH Product Support > > > > >From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >[mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jacques Bosch >Sent: Monday, December 17, 2012 11:45 AM >To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >Subject: [bookport] Re: Firmware 1.2 won't update on original bookport > >Hi there. >Yes it is being recognized by the PC. >And I did format the card and also tried more than 1 card. >A direct link would be much appretiated. > >Thank you much. > >Jacques >On Mon, Dec 17, 2012 at 4:08 PM, Pamela Rader ><<mailto:prader@xxxxxxx>prader@xxxxxxx> wrote: > >Please check to be sure the unit is being recognized by the PC.
