You need 2.1.0.1 or later.

It's 2.1. Do I have to mark the file to be moved first? I hear
nothing when I press star plus number and nothing when I press star plus
zero plus number.

What version of the firmware are you using? Press A+C to obtain this information.

Am I missing something with moving commands. I'm using star plus number to cut and star, zero, and number to paste, but it's not working. The file is not working. What am I missing?
