Where do you find information about a new bookport features, beta versions, and the like? Is there a special section on the website for all of these things? Thanking you in advance, Virginia -----Original Message----- From: ROB MEREDITH [mailto:rmeredith@xxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, May 10, 2005 12:05 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Re: Congratulation to APH Book Port Team Deon: It is doubtful that your unit will contain 2.0, but you will be able to update for free as soon as it becomes available. I don't have a release date. Rob Meredith >>> profbiz@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 05/10/05 12:58PM >>> Hi, when will Version 2.0 be released? Why ... I just ordered my unit yesterday after looking at all the specs of both Book Port and Book Courier. The deciding factor for me was the seeming ability to increase Daisy read back speed by compressing the relevant files before transfering to Book Port. Had my eye on one some time though!! Hope it will be shipped with Version 2.0. If not, I gather updating is no problem?
